Crash and Cornerstones
Is it a lie that your eyes tell
Took me deep in a cut out spell.
Drained my attention, sucked my scope
you left me looking like a worn out dope.
You tagged along well
your story never tell
Bought a couple of sweets
for a sweet empty cell.
In that cell i rocked away,
by myself, it's hard to say
How your smile never withered
anyhow, anyway.
Guess i'll start to dream again
of a fairy tale told,that never end.
Tell me fast, tell me true
are you the one who'd make this end?
North attracts south, south to North
can anyone hear how they make this song?
A song of lost love, lost hearts, lost dreams
Which take you away to dead end street.
But attraction is distraction
so as losing someone in your arms.
Stay close now, "bye" is the sound.
If i could only switch poles back then
Maybe this friendship would never end
And we crash
North and south splash
only after i took this test
to find this puzzle all a mess
Breaking hearts and soundless phones
Who can believe i was so alone?
I looked up, and a bright light shone
"My God! This is my cornerstone!"
