Well life's taken a good nice lesson. You know when I though I knew it I means to lead people, I was just posed with the question.. THINK AGAIN.
It's so so so easy to think we are doing a good job yea. when things go our way. People can smile
laugh, jump shout play. But guess what guess what.. all those effort. every single you know. attempt that I tried to do something good? you know you think you want to do something effective and take time to plan and stuff? Yes... with good plans you get good responses and stuff.
yet all I can do it touch the very surfaces of the people's lives I am temporarily put in control of. Just skimming you know? What kind of true impact did I really make to make them treasure what they got? Notttttttt. it's just like running a programme for a programmes sake.
You know I tryyyyy. to relate, to you get involved and stuff. Well I dont know how my mentor does it but he does it. He relates to people 13 14 15 years old. Me? I'm so different? I think I might as well try making friends with my bolster. Its not easy la. Things like that comes with practice and stuff.
WHY... did not i learn. That in order to pour out, I must be filled? Haha. Its so stupid sometimes to even realise how the lives of people are so complex. Each one has has their own story. beautiful story. Yet How can 1 man, bring lead for 1 hr and hope to impact their lives? Cannot. Seriously cannot.
Simply putt. It's just this. Its either you do it with God or you don't even waste your time trying. Man. I feel like such a noob. such a noob in what I used to think I was so great in. haha I know Jesus loves the noobies yeah? Those out there who feel belittled becasue they see what they can do and go like
It's really not working
God made me to be great. Because God is great! You know the min people cannot say that about me I'm literally NOT doing it because of God.
Lets do things for the SAKE of God? Not for anything else? I could do whatever I can in whatever my might is. Nothing I say Nothing can touch the hearts of man/women or Boys and girls like God can.....
So my best gift and leadership place? To understand them, accept them for who they are and pray lor. Pray like never before. because why. What's going to touch their heart aint goingggg to be me. or my words. damn.. its not even my face or my prescence sometimes.
But the divine intervention of a being up there who truely , madly deeply cares and love each and every one of them to bits. ahh then they will get touched. and KNOW somewhere out there, Somehow, God is good, because he has convinced someone to pray for them.
Oh! then it is complete! (: the multi faceted leader who steps up when Its time, yet is so so so capable of understanding people at such a personal level? its attractive..
